Over the past three decades, I’ve had my fair share of challenges. My journey in business, and even in the hospitality industry, didn’t start with an easy path paved with success. Lessons from 30 Years in Hospitality

I had held so much hope for this potential opportunity, but I knew that taking on this role would have been incongruent with my personal values, and that’s one area I’ve never been willing to compromise on. So, I took a step back, said no to the job offer and yes to backing myself and starting my own business.
