DINING IN THE USA ON A FOOD TOUR IS ALWAYS AN INTERESTING AND EXCITING EXPERIENCE.  ON THIS TOUR I TRAVELLED TO CHICAGO, NASHVILLE AND AUSTIN.

Toni Clarke curated a wonderful selection of dining experiences in Chicago as we travelled in a group from Australia to attend the National Restaurant Association trade show and then onto Nashville, Tennessee.  

I moved onto Austin, Texas to attend the Kajabi Summit and discovered eateries from food trucks to fine dining.
