Each team member (up to 12 participants) will complete a detailed Extended DISC Assessment, providing insights into their:

1 x 30-Minute One-on-One Analysis Calls

Each participant will have a private 30-minute live Zoom session with Michelle to:

  • Review their DiSC results in detail.
  • Highlight their unique strengths and how to use them effectively in their leadership role.
  • Address specific challenges and create actionable strategies for personal and professional growth.

This call will also be recorded for the participant's use.

3-Hour Onsite Group Presentation
